Advertorial blog for The Week Junior
My Mini Mumbler is an avid reader and the first page of the magazine was about the UEFA Champions League so it had him hooked straight away!
Each edition is a round-up of what’s been going on in the world & is packed with news and events as well as nature, science, history, books, sport, technology, films, recipes, puzzles, quizzes, ideas on things to make and do and more. It’s written in a way to help kids that age engage & understand and it covers all of the main news events but also less mainstream stories, that they might not otherwise hear about.
The Week Junior Summer of Reading will spark their natural curiosity and fill their summer with irresistible reading and activities.
There is something for every child in each edition. It brings learning to life with news, stories and world events all carefully explained for children. Both my 8 yo and my 11 yo really enjoyed the whole thing, taking different key points from each article.
For me, the best part was that he had a solid hour away from their screens and out of the sun! We had a lovely family discussion about Scuba diving once he had finished and told him about how I learnt to dive on the Great Barrier Reef!
When your child understands their world more, it boosts their confidence and gets them talking.
Those conversations are vital for helping to encourage them to express themselves, explore their own opinions and develop critical thinking skills. Skills that will help them not only at school but in their lives ahead.
Every page is written and designed by TWJ experts to spark their natural curiosity, and encourage them to explore further. The world needs big ideas – and The Week Junior can empower your children to make a difference. It starts with sparking a love of reading, learning – and wanting to know more.
