We provide a calm and relaxed environment where your child can learn to swim or improve their technique. All our swimming instructors are qualified to ASA level 2 standard with over 100 years combined teaching experience.

Best Strokes Swimming Lessons

We follow the Swim England National Learn to Swim Programme. Parent & child classes (3 months -3 years) complete stages 1-4 of the Discovery Duckling Awards  Pre School Children (3 – 4 years) complete stages 1-4 of the Duckling Awards Children (4 years+) complete stages 1-7 of the Learn to Swim Programme. There are also 18 complimentary stickers to collect!

Pro Player Football Academy

The ideal introduction for local grassroots players who have shown an aptitude for the game to access academy standard coaching in a professional environment.

These sessions are designed to be both enjoyable and challenging whilst teaching the players all of the ‘core skills’, which we define as first touch, running with the ball, 1v1 (attack and defence) and ball striking (passing/shooting).
