There will be lots of spellbinding surprises in store in the Enchanted Forest, and little ones will love to explore our pumpkin patch, to pick their very own pumpkin to take home! Spooky real live characters will be dotted around the park, making fantastic photo opportunities and enchanting interactions for the whole family to enjoy!
New for this year, skeletons have taken over Stockeld, with the skeleton trail! Will you spot them all? Make sure you don’t get trapped in the Hansels and Gretel’s jail! Try your luck in the graveyard golf – our brand new Halloween mini golf – undercover so you can play whatever the weather!
Every child with a paid for ticket will get to choose their pumpkin for FREE!

The popular Farmer Copleys has planted 130,000 pumpkin seeds, so they’ll have pumpkin plants of every shape size and colour, to ensure you find your perfect pumpkin. There will be the pumpkin carving tent and lots of the normal activities and entertainment such as story telling, barrel rides and face painting!!
Ruuning: 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th – 31st October 2021.
Suitable for all ages, explore the spooky forest and Halloween Haunted Village, but watch out for witches, ghosts and creepy skeletons around every corner! There’s lots of ghoulish fun to be had with photo opportunities and fancy dress competitions.
See the incredible Petrifying Well and the birthplace of a real witch at Mother Shipton’s Cave! The park has scenic picnic areas alongside the popular River Nidd, an adventure playground, gift shop and museum.

8. Bolton Abbey Pumpkin Trail
Enter at your own risk through the giant spooky gates at the start of Strid Wood. Follow our trail of over-sized pumpkins through Strid Wood and discover the mystery doors hidden among the trees. Behind each door is a clue to help unravel the witch’s magical spell. With a fun surprise awaiting you at The Strid, it will be worth the journey to get there!

9. Cannon Hall Farm
Cannon Hall Farm invites you to enjoy Autumn Fun at the Farm. The Pumpkin Patch is returning once again and children will receive a free pumpkin (terms apply). There are thousands of pumpkins available for visitors to pick as well as all the animals to see on your visit and fun indoor soft play and outdoor adventure playgrounds!

10. Spooktacular Scarecrow Trail at Anglers Country Park
Join Anglers Country Park for a Spooktacular Scarecrow Trail. Purchase an activity sheet from the Visitor Centre then head down the Woodland Trail and see how many scarecrows you can spot! Figure out the secret code to win your treat from the Visitor Centre! Afterwards, join us for autumn craft activities in the Visitor Centre! Trail maps can be purchased from the visitors centre 10am – 4pm for £1.50
