Bonjour! Hola! Hallo! Hello! On our Language Experience Day, we’ll be spoilt for choice on ways to welcome you to Wakefield Girls’. This day promises to excite and enthuse with the opportunity to learn about the popular festivals of France, Spain and Germany with some vocabulary linked to each. There will be songs, dances, creative designs, cooking and knowledge about French, German and Spanish customs.
The day is for all aspirational Year 5 girls with a passion for learning French, Spanish or German and a taste for trying a new language.
As well as experiencing three different foreign languages, you will get to experience what life is like at Wakefield Girls’. You’ll be able to speak with our specialist language teachers and find out more about our curriculum. You’ll get to meet some of our girls, who will be able to share their own first-hand experiences with you. Most of all, you’ll get a warm Wakefield Girls welcome.
