An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until November 30, 2019
A FREE 8 week programme of sessions (60mins per week) incorporating games and activities designed to engage the whole family, get hearts racing and provide a moderate level of workout in a fun and supportive environment. The sessions include:
– Warm up
– Fun games
– Stretch down
A typical session will include some high intensity activity combined with opportunities to work both solo and as a team, build skills, fitness levels and confidence. Please bring water.
