SUNDAY 10TH JULY 2022 AT THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT LEEDS

(11:30am-4:00pm)

 

The West Yorkshire MumblerFest is a Family Fun Day and Baby & Toddler Show combined into one fantastic event! As well as offering a showcase of products and services for new and expecting parents, we invite applications for any products, services and activities appealing to families of young children (primarily under 10s).

On the day, the venue space will open from 8am for set-up, please indicate on the application form the estimated time you will need to set-up. You will be required to bring everything that you need for your stall, but we are able to hire tables on your behalf for £6.50 each.

Pitches will be mainly situated in the courtyard at the front of the school (outdoor) or theatre foyer (indoor). In the case of extreme weather conditions outdoor stalls will be moved to the sports hall. Alternative options for space that you may wish to request include;

• The Refectory (where the GSAL will be serving food and drink) and the outdoor dining area adjacent to this
• The School Field (for larger activity requests and any ball activities)
• The Outdoor Classroom (including a wooded area and outdoor ‘tree trunk’ seating)

On confirmation of your position at the event you will be required to provide a copies of necessary documents, including your Liability Insurance and Food Health & Safety Documents (where relevant).

Pitches available include a choice of activity space or trade stall. ALL PITCH BOOKINGS include a 1/8 page feature in the MumblerFest programme. We encourage traders to feature Mumbler discounts within the programme.

Application deadlines Please note, demand for this event is expected to be high. Please apply early to avoid disappointment. Priority will be given to existing Mumbler advertisers and to businesses based in West Yorkshire.

• Activity space (standard- 2m x 2m)– 31st March 2022
  • Applicants requesting activity space MUST provide a free activity for children to participate in (exclusions do apply eg Face Painting). You are permitted to sell additional activities for a nominal charge, please detail this on the application form.
• Trade Stalls-(table space only) 1st June 2022.

  • Event: Pitch, 1/2 page inner full colour programme feature, rotating advert on foyer screen
  • Website: 1 month Featured Listing on all four Mumbler sites.

• BRONZE PACKAGE- £100
  • Event: Pitch, 1/4 page full colour programme feature, rotating advert on foyer screen
• PITCH ONLY (either Activity Space or Trade Stall) -£60 (Half price for existing monthly advertisers with one of the West Yorkshire Mumblers)
• TABLE HIRE £6.50
• TASTER SESSION £20 for a 30 minute session in the Theatre
• STAGE SESSION £20 for 15 minutes
