An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 13, 2019
The aim of Singing Mums is to come and have fun, socialize, harmonize and unwind. We don’t use sheet music but we do sing in harmony parts and we do have a laugh. The idea is that everyone can join in, you don’t have to be an amazing singer but it will still sound good.
We sing classic pop and rock and some current chart hits too.
The health benefits of singing as a form of therapy are incredible. Singing is known to release endorphins and decrease cortisol in your blood, the stress hormone. And being a Mum can be stressful!
